Delivery Information


Delivery is offered on a variety of products from our storage facility in NSW. Partnering with Australia Post we offer shipping services to Capital Territory, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria and Western Australia.

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) and aim to deliver all orders within the following time frames:

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday and shipped the following day. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, however all orders are shipped as soon as possible. Please contact us on or call 1800 953 669 if you have any special requests or queries on delivery.

Mac’s BBQ Australia Pty Ltd may part-ship your order and send any remaining items separately, at no further cost to you. If a product is not available, we will contact you to offer a reasonable substitute if applicable.

Delivery fees and times vary for different products and are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and its destination.

The delivery price for each order will be displayed during the checkout process, prior to payment and order confirmation and included in the total price of your order.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the products after delivery.


If you change your mind or your order is not quite right, you may return it to us within 30 days from the date you received the order. Before returning any items, please contact ProQ at with your name and order number and you will be provided with a return reference number.

The cost of returning all unwanted items (either by post or via courier) will not be covered by ProQ. Costs for returning goods are the responsibility of you - the customer.

Items returned must be in ‘as-new’ condition. This means you have not used, damaged, or modified any of the items. Please return items secured in their original packaging, if possible.

After your returned item is received and confirmed as being in an ‘as-new’ condition, we will issue you with a refund of the purchase price less the return delivery fees. If we cannot be satisfied that you purchased the product from ProQ then we will not accept your product for return.


In the unlikely event that your parcel is damaged when you receive it, or if you believe your order has been lost, please notify us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible and claim from the carriers on your behalf.
