Warranty Information

Our products are warranted against material failure or manufacturer defects, burn through or rust through, this does not cover general wear and tear of parts or discolouration. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim on any of our products, and the warranty is not transferrable - it is only available to the original purchaser.

ProQ V4.0 BBQ Smokers

Our ProQ V4.0 BBQ Smokers have a 10 year limited warranty against defects due to bad workmanship or faulty materials to the original purchaser. The parts are warranted for different lengths of time as follows:

Lid – 10 Years	Main Body, all riveted parts*, Lid Handle (to include vent & latches).
Stackers – 10 Years	Main Body, Side Handles, all riveted parts* (to include latches).
Base – 5 Years + 5 Year 50% Discount	Main Body, Legs & Brackets, all riveted parts* (may include vents & latches). After 5 years, we will discount the purchase of a new base by 50%.
Small Parts – 5 Years	Doors, Hinges, Grill Brackets, Grills
Small Parts – 1 Year	Charcoal Basket, Temperature Gauge

*Where Applicable.

ProQ Elite BBQ Smokers & Previous Models (Sold 2016-2020)

These BBQ Smokers are under warranty for 1 year against defects due to bad workmanship or faulty materials to the original purchaser.

ProQ Cold Smoke Generators

ProQ Cold Smoke Generators are under warranty for 1 year from purchase against defects due to bad workmanship or faulty materials to the original purchaser.

ProQ Cold Smoking Cabinet

The ProQ Cold Smoking Cabinets are under warranty for 1 year against defects due to bad workmanship or faulty materials to the original purchaser. This does not cover general wear and tear, discolouration or surface rust.

ProQ Flatdog Portable BBQ

This portable grill is under warranty for 1 year against defects due to bad workmanship or faulty materials to the original purchaser. Damage due to misuse or carelessness is not covered, and overfilling this grill with fuel or using it as a firepit will void any warranty against warped materials.

ProQ Flip'n Grate

These grills are under warranty for 5 years against defects due to bad workmanship or faulty materials to the original purchaser. Carry bag not included.

ProQ Chimney Starter

This Stainless Steel Chimney Starter is under warranty for 5 years against defects due to bad workmanship or faulty materials to the original purchaser. Damage due to misuse or carelessness is not covered.

ProQ Travel BBQ Multi-Tool

The ProQ Multi-Tool is under warranty for 2 years against defects due to bad workmanship or faulty materials to the original purchaser.

ProQ Instant Read Thermometer

The ProQ Instant Read Digital Thermometer is under warranty for 2 years against defects due to bad workmanship or faulty materials to the original purchaser.

ProQ Fògher

These Smokers are under warranty for 2 years against defects due to bad workmanship or faulty materials to the original purchaser.

ProQ Accessories

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all our ProQ Accessories are under warranty for 1 year from purchase against defects due to bad workmanship or faulty materials to the original purchaser.
